LEARN TO FREEDIVE

START FREEDIVING THE WORLD IN 3 EASY STEPS. PFI is the most well respected freediver training organization in the world – and the most modern! We make it simple to get started with your training through our online learning platform.

STEP 1 GET SMART

Start your course right here, online! The eLearning program uses graphics, text and videos to convey the academic knowledge required to become a certified freediver. You’ll apply this knowledge during the in-person workshops and training.

STEP 2 JUMP IN

After getting the knowledge through eLearning it’s time to complete the dry workshop and then hop in the confined (pool) and open water with your instructor! You’ll learn and refine skills in confined water and then apply those at depth in the open water environment.

STEP 3 DIVE IN

Once you have the knowledge and have developed your skills in the confined and open water environments to the satisfaction of your PFI Instructor, you’ve earned the prestigious title of PFI Freediver.
